Childcare - Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) Apprenticeship Level 3 (CHD1) at Barnsley College

Course description

This apprenticeship will prepare you to become Early Years Educators, enabling you to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years.

Course content

Entry requirements

Four GCSEs at grade C including English and maths at grade 4 or above.

As your programme may involve working with children, you will be required to undertake a satisfactory Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check.

Assessment

You will be assessed by your assessor using a portfolio of evidence, practical demonstrations and assignments. You will be assessed both in College and in your place of work.
