Customer Service - Apprenticeship Level 2 at KYP Training Services

Course description

It gives you the opportunity to develop and demonstrate customer service skills including the principles and practices of delivering good customer service, understanding different types of customers, how to meet their needs and expectations and provide customer satisfaction.


  • Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
  • Employer Rights and Responsibilities
  • Functional Skills Maths and English at Level 1 (unless you already have GCSE A*-C)


Course content

How will I learn?

Off- the- Job – this involves working with your assessor, completing assignments or activities and collecting work evidence. These will enable you to fit your learning activities into a set of standards which have been designed by the industry.

On-the-Job – this means spending at least 4 days a week with your employer learning how to do the job with support and direction from your employer.

Future opportunities

Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service, the opportunity to progress into roles with additional responsibilities e.g. Customer Relationship Manager, Support Officer, Team Leader or Supervisor.
