Course description

Are you outgoing, people person with stamina, patience and determination along with a desire to travel the world? 

The aviation industry offers interesting and challenging career opportunities both in the air and on the ground. 

You will also have the opportunity to participate in relevant work experience and improve your English and Maths.

  • Preparation for Employment as Air Cabin Crew

Entry requirements

4 GCSE's at Grade D including English and Maths plus satisfactory initial assessment results and induction or Level 1 Diploma in Travel and Tourism at Merit with Functional Skills English and Maths Level 1

Financial information

The uniform from the supplier (for females) are currently approx. £70 but we are looking into alternative suppliers so the cost may vary

There will also be mandatory trips on the course (Thomas Cook Aviation Academy and Humberside Airport), swimming and first aid training and the cost of these are approx. £110

Future opportunities

Progression to the Level 3 Extended Diploma Travel and Tourism or employment.

The College is also fortunate to have an active Student Union which hosts an annual ‘Freshers’ Fair’ for students at the beginning of the Autumn term and organises social events throughout the year.
