On this course you will cover topics like health and safety, construction science and maths, construction processes and operations, construction methods and construction drawing techniques. You will develop skills in surveying, design and town planning and many activities are practical with multiple uses of IT and computer systems.

Entry requirements

You will need 4 GCSEs at grade A8 - C including English, maths and science.

Assessment

You will be assessed through assignments throughout the course.

Future opportunities

You may wish to progress to study a part-time HNC programme or a full-time degree programme such as architecture or quantity surveying. The College has links with a number of universities and also offers a number of HNC programmes.
