Art and Design - BTEC - Level 3 at Bolton St Catherine's Academy
The whole of our manmade environment has been shaped by creative risk takers who have had the vision to design, build and decorate. Art challenges our ideas so that we can stretch our imagination as well as offering practical skills to carry forward into valuable careers.
BTEC Level 3 students study a vast array of disciplines from drawing and painting, photography, textiles and computer based design. You will learn to analyse and interpret the work of other artists through critical studies and in turn develop your own skills and ideas.
Preferred 9-5 in GCSE Art or Distinction* - Merit in BTEC Art & Design Level 2
