Unit 4 - Group Choreography and Performance – external practical examination focusing on group choreography from investigation and research of ideas through to outcome and solo performance skills in relation to a specific practitioner within a specific area of dance study prescribed for Unit 3.
It is preferable but not essential to have a grade C in dance or a grade C in drama or one of the other creative arts GCSEs and a C in English. More important is to have the ability to choreograph, to perform and an interest in extending your knowledge of the historical and cultural context of dance.
