Life & Living Skills Entry 3 Certificate at West Herts College

Course description

Based around the development of employability, personal and social skills. We work with our students to produce an individual learning plan appropriate for their level of study.

Course content

Students work with their peers and are taught through a variety of projects and activities including ICT, English and maths skills. Teaching takes place in small groups using a range of interactive and assistive technologies. Individual and group support is provided by a specialist team of Learning Advisors, with care support and facilities if required.

Entry requirements

No formal qualifications are required. Prospective students should have a positive approach to learning and be able to access a busy mainstream learning environment, with appropriate support

Future opportunities

Students who successfully complete this course can progress onto mainstream FE programmes, work or further foundation learning programmes.
