Contact Centre Apprenticeship at West Cheshire College

Course description

The focus of the Apprenticeship and Advanced Apprenticeship is to develop the skills needed to be effective in a contact centre. You will gain an understanding of operations and develop customer awareness and the skills to enable you to deliver first-class customer service. Flexible unit options allow you to tailor the programme to suit your career objectives and concentrate on the skills that are particularly valuable to your employer. You will be assessed predominantly within the workplace. You will also improve your functional skills in English and maths.

You will achieve a NVQ Diploma Level 2 in Contact Centre or NVQ Diploma Level 3 in Contact Centre if you are an Advanced Apprentice.

Entry requirements

This Apprenticeship would suit those who are currently working in the sector and would like to work and gain a recognised qualification.

Assessment

You will be mainly assessed within the workplace.

Receptionist, Administrator, Help Desk Clerk and Customer Services Adviser.
