A Level Computing at Hardenhuish School

Course description

This specification has been designed for students who wish to go
on to higher education courses or employment where knowledge
of computing would be beneficial.
You can study Computing and go on to a career in computing,
research, medicine, law, business, politics or any type of science.
You will learn to be a competent programmer and develop
transferrable skills such as problem solving.
This is a real hands-on, problem solving course which is well
sought after by both employers and universities. Computing
is a principles-based discipline whose importance has
recognition in science, medicine, physics and mathematics.
If you want to be at the forefront of twenty first century thought,
then study Computing.
