Product Design - 3D at Woodroffe School

Course description

The course aims to give students a broad view of design and technology developing their capacity to design and make products and to appreciate the complex relationships between design, materials, manufacture and marketing.

Students are encouraged to work independently from the start.

This course combines well with a variety of subjects from the Sciences to the Arts to Humanities. Career opportunities are equally varied ranging from Product and Furniture Design to Engineering and Architecture.

Entry requirements

Six GCSEs of Grade C or above plus Grade B or above in Product Design or Resistant Materials.
