A Level: Physics at Bosworth Academy
Course builds upon AS Physics to explore topics like fields, nuclear, physics, simple harmonic motion and thermal physics. There is also the option unit where students can chose to study things like electronics and Astrophysics.
Students studying GCSE Combined Sciences need to have achieved a minimum Grade 6-6. Students studying GCSE Separate Sciences need at least two Grade 6s and a Level 5 (with one of the 6s being in Physics). Students also need to hae achieved a Grade 6 in Maths.
3 x 2 hr exams
The skills gained from studying Physics opens up many future career pathways. Engineering and Science degrees , any Maths related courses. The course will also help you develop many skills that employers across many industries are looking for
