Business Studies A-Level at West Kent College

Course description

If you are interested in finding out about how a business works, then this is the subject for you. You will study:
- Planning and financing a business
- Managing a business
- Strategies for success
- The business environment and managing change

You will be expected to undertake two written exams for both the AS and A2 Levels.

Entry requirements

You need five GCSEs at grades A*-C, which must include English and maths. A grade B in a related subject is preferred.

Future opportunities

You can step up to university, higher education or move straight into work. You could choose from a range of specialist business-related degrees such as finance, retail and marketing.
