Public Services and Health and Fitness; Level 1 at Gateway College

Course description

This course would appeal to you if you are considering a career in the uniformed public services e.g. the emergency services such as Fire, Police and Ambulance services or services such as the Royal Air Force or the Royal Navy. You will complete a variety of units including Public Service Careers, Public Services Incidents, Health and Fitness for entry into Public Services, Expedition/ map reading skills and Health and safety in the uniformed services.

Future opportunities

If you gain the ASDAN Short Course Uniformed Services and Residential Award you will be able to progress onto Level 2 Public Services.
