Professional Cookery Advanced Diploma level 3 at Leicester College
This course is for those that have gained VRQ/NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or have relevant experience and want to develop their craft and supervisory skills. You must be a proactive self starter who is committed to their course with the ability to self study. The course will give you the required skills to progress into the industry within a high quality fresh produce catering environment.
Additional requirements: To undertake this course you will need a VRQ level 2 Professional Cookery and /or relevant industrial trade experience. , GCSE grade 4 or in English and maths
Material fees £70
Additional Costs £240 - You will need a full set of catering knives and chefs whites. Details of a recommended supplier provided on application. Continuing learners may only need to replace some items.
Foundation Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts Junior supervisory positions within good quality restaurants, hotels, contract/industrial catering where a high level of skill is required.
