Course description

If you have a passion for helping people and problem solving and enjoy working in a team, a career in customer service could be for you. Working in customer service can also give you many transferable skills that are valued by a range of employers and sectors which could allow you to progress your career in a wide range of sectors including sport and recreation, retail, hospitality, financial services and telecommunications.This level 2 apprenticeship is designed for those who are starting out in a customer facing role and this has been designed to provide the essential understanding, skills and handling of different scenarios. This qualification teaches essential skills required to provide high level customer service.

There are no formal entry requirements although some programmes may require a level of English and Maths which we can help you achieve.
