Housekeeping Apprenticeship Level 2 at The Vocational Learning Centre Limited

Course description

To  achieve  a  full Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Front of House Reception qualification you will need to gain 37 credits, these must come from the achievement of the  mandatory units and a combination of appropriate optional units. To achieve a full Certificate in Hospitality & Catering Principles you will need to gain 14 credits from the three mandatory units.

Course content

The available certificates in Hospitality & Catering are suitable for  people who undertake Front of House Reception related activities. They provide individuals with an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in Hospitality and Catering.The units encompass an extensive range of competencies from the Hospitality and Catering sector.

Assessment

You will be assessed on and off the job by a dedicated vocational facilitator who will support and guide you through your qualification. Additionally you will undertake an onscreen multiple choice assessment to demonstrate your understanding of the sector requirements.
