Course description

You’ll focus on a wide range of web design, app development and marketing campaign topics, learning all about 2D and 3D design, how to code effectively, and how to creative interactive productions using new and innovative methods in technology. The Creative Design and Developing Digital Experiences course also places a strong emphasis on communication in the modern world and the importance of understanding what brands need to do to stand out. Entry requirements

You’ll need to have 5 GCSEs including English at grade 5-9 (grade A*- C), along with a grade 6 or above (grade B) in Maths or Computer Science. Assessment

Assessment for this course will cover a wide range of methods, including assignments and live briefs set by Amaze, participation in guest lectures and workshops with Amaze staff, coursework, and some exams.

      Openshaw is a suburb of east Manchester, a short bus ride from Manchester’s city centre. Openshaw Campus is built at the heart of the community with an open plan design and attractive green space and water features. Sportcity and the City of Manchester Stadium are close to the campus. Sportcity has a number of sports venues and fitness and sports facilities for the public. There is a 14-screen cinema five minutes away by car or 25 minutes on foot.
