Business and Administration Level 3 at TIR Training Services

Course description

This apprenticeship is suitable for more experienced administrative staff, for example team administrators, departmental administrators or personal assistants. They may have some responsibility for supervising staff and administrative functions such as setting up and monitoring administrative systems, delivering customer service, or running projects.

Course content

To achieve this qualification, learners must complete 5 mandatory units and a selection of optional units. Below is an example of the mandatory and optional groups. Mandatory units: •Communicate in a Business environment •Manage Personal and Professional Development •Principles of Business Communication and Information •Principles of Administration •Principles of Business Optional units include: •Contribute to the Improvement of Business Performance •Negotiate in a Business Environment •Deliver a Presentation •Monitor Information Systems •Manage an Office Facility •Produce Minutes of Meetings •Provide Administrative Support for Meetings.
