Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 2 at Warwickshire College Group
Course description
You will study units such as Dealing with Customers Face to Face, Delivering Reliable Customer Service and Improve the Customer Relationship. You will also study Functional Skills in Maths and English.
The Apprenticeship usually takes a 12-18 month period. During this time you will be working at your place of employment and you will be required to attend College for day release or for short workshops.
Entry requirements
The Level 2 Apprenticeship is primarily aimed at candidates whose role it is to provide service to customers. You must be employed in a customer service environment and preferably have achieved at least two GCSEs at Grade C or above. Basic literacy and numeracy skills, a can do attitude and enthusiasm to work as part of a team are required.
Assessment
You will be assessed on your ability to competently perform a range of tasks connected with your work.
You will be continually assessed throughout the course by means of practical assessments and end of unit written or online tasks and assignments which can be re-taken if necessary.
Future opportunities
You may use this Level 2 qualification to progress onto the Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship or other Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeships where customer service is an important part of the job such as business and administration, retail, hospitality and travel and tourism.
