Electrical And Electronic Engineering Technology (QCF) Level 3 Diploma at College of North West London (FE)

Course description

This is a one year full time programme consisting of 20% theory and 80% practical units in electronics and applications.

Course content

This course includes the following units, with varying credit values: networks, digital electronics, PC maintenance, electrical and electronic principles, maths, analogue electronics, and engineering environment and organisation. Core units are equal to 18 credits and optional units are worth 10 credits each.

Entry requirements

You will need English and Maths skills at Level 2. If you do not have evidence of your English and Maths levels you will be given an online English and Maths assessment after you submit your application. You may also be asked to complete a piece of free writing or a vocational assessment. If you meet the entry requirements you will then be offered an interview with a tutor to discuss the course.

Assessment

You will be assessed through assignments and written exams.
