Performing Engineering Operations Level 2 Apprenticeship at Northumberland College

Course description

You will choose one of three routeways: ENG0084P - Performing Engineering Operations ENG0083P - Performing Manufacturing Operations ENG0068P - Welding and Fabrication You will explore engineering theory and practice hands-on skills you develop in the workplace in a test environment. Ideal if you are employed in a mechanical, manufacutirng, electrical, electronic engineering, welding, fabrication, performing manufacturing operations or performing engineering operations role.

Entry requirements

You should have four GCSEs at Grade D including English, Maths and Science, or a relevant Level 1 qualification and be employed in the industry.

Assessment

Learners will be required to compile a portfolio of evidence of competency for the QPMO. This may be carried out at the college or in the workplace. Functional skills have examinations and or portfolios of evidence

Future opportunities

Learners may move on to a suitable AMA Apprentice framework
