Customer Services Level 3 at ID Training

Course description

Apprenticeships offer a framework that assists employers in ensuring that new staff have the knowledge and skills appropriate to their role and also supports exissting staff in their continued professional development. Both on and off the job training is delivered throughout the framework which heightens the apprentices existing knowledge and enables them to bring new thought processes and practices to the employer’s operations.
