Health & Social Care Advanced Apprenticeships - Level 3 at John Ruskin College

Course description

This Apprenticeship is for those who want to progress into a supervisory role within the Health & Social Care sector.

Entry requirements

You will usually have completed the Level 2 Apprenticeship to progress on to the Advanced Apprenticeship.

You must be employed in a childcare or education setting and will be required to complete a CRB check for your employer.

Assessment

You will have a dedicated Trainer/Assessor who you can contact at any time. They will visit you in the workplace at least every 8 weeks to carry out a progress review with you and your employer.

Financial information

If you are aged 16 to 18 when you start your Apprenticeship Programme, there is no charge to you or your employer as this is fully funded by the government.

Other costs would include the purchase of text books. You will need an enhanced CRB check done through your employer or the College.
