Do you like to work with or help people?
Employees who have good customer service skills are the most preferred people by employers, because they know that these are the people that will help their business succeed. The LifeSkills customer service course is designed to help you develop these skills and prepare you for whatever career path you choose to follow. You can do it as a stand-alone course, or even better with one of our vocational or Business Enterprise courses. You can also get the chance to do some work experience to help you put what you have learnt into practice and get that vital experience on to your CV. So whether you want to work in an office, in a hotel or on a building site the Customer Service course could be you first step in preparing you for your ideal job.
