Level 2 Hairdressing - Full time at E Quality Training Ltd

Course description

The Level 2 Hairdressing course provides training leading to a nationally recognised qualification within the Hairdressing Industry. 

The course involves a study of technical units and related units at a specialist level.  There are also additional units including health and safety, giving clients a positive impression of yourself and your organisation, advise and consult with clients, and developing and maintaining your effectiveness at work.

We also have support in place to help you find that successful work experience placement.
 

Course content

Students attend training at the centre of their choice, usually the closed to their home.  Both practical aspects and underpinning knowledge of hairdressing are taught using a variety of teaching methods:
 
•  Class-based sessions
•  Role-play
•  Demonstration
•  Professional Discussions
•  Observation
 

 

Entry requirements

Students must have completed the Level 1 Hairdressing or Level 1 Hair & Beauty course prior to starting this course. Students must have A*-C grade at GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent.

 

Financial information

At E.Quality Training, we offer weekly attendance bonuses and for completion of qualifications. We also cover travel expenses for students attending our college and work placements arrange by ourselves.

If you are 16-19, then your course is fully-funded.

Future opportunities

Progression onto the Level 3 Apprenticeship or a full-time course in Hairdressing.
