Customer Service - Advanced Apprenticeship at Start Training Ltd

Course description

Level 3 Apprenticeship is the first stepping stone, or progression from level 2. You will learn in the workplace - You will be visited at work by a qualified assessor who will spend up to 2 hours per visit with you. You will be observed performing every day work tasks, answer questions, take part in taped discussions and will do some assignments. You will be required to build up a portfolio of evidence and may be required to attend our centre for some tests. We also make available open learning materials, assessor support, tutor support with Maths and English if required.

Entry requirements

Ideally GCSE in English and Maths to grade C. Willingness to learn and achieve qualifications. An interest in Customer Service.
