Customer Service Apprenticeship at Skills for Work
Customer Service Apprenticeships are primarily aimed at candidates who undertake a customer service role whether face to face or telephone service. It is suitable for candidates:
* who have particular customer service and administrative job roles
* who are working in a customer service environment
* whose role is to provide service to customers
On completion of the course you will receive an NVQ which recognises the practical work you have done, a technical certificate which builds your knowledge for the NVQ and Functional Skills (Maths, English)qualifications which willdemonstrate the high standard ofyour reading, writing and numeracy.

No formal entry requirements needed. You will undergo an initial assessment to find out where your starting point is. Ideally, learners should have some experience of dealing with customers face to face but this is not essential.
You will be allocated and NVQ assessor who will visit you in the workplace to assess your skills and knowledge.
For L2 Certifcate in CS you will need to achieve 28 credits.
For L3 Diploma in CS you will need to achive 42 credits
You will need to produce a portfolio of evidence.
Credits achieved can be used towards bigger and higher level qualifications
