Professional Cookery (Patisserie & Confectionery) Level 3 Diploma at South Cheshire College
This course is aimed at chefs and pastry chefs wishing to further develop their skills and creative ability or as a progression from a Levl 2 professional cookery qualification. The Level 3 Patisserie and Confectionery enables you to gain a job-ready qualification. This qualification will prepare you with the required attributes, skills, knowledge and understanding needed to perform in a successful restaurant, hotel or bakery.
The course covers a wide range of pastry techniques to evevate you to the highest standard including: Hand made chocolates Hot and cold deserts Variety of pastries Petit fours Fermented dough products Sugar and chocolate display products.
You will need to hold a Level 2 qualification in food preparation or have significant industry experience and will be expected to complete a practical skills test to assess your suitablility for the course.
Gain skilled employment or use the qualification to access a Higher National Diploma.
