This course offers a broad curriculum in communication skills, deadlin with internal and external customers in regard to queries, requests, problems, complaints, both face to face and over the telephone
You will gain and develop in delivering reliable customer service,checking stock levels and stock records, developing customer relationships
An informal interview and four week initial assessment period.
Apprenticeship wage approx £100pw
To progress to NVQ Level 3 through Further Education and to gain employment.
