Customer Service Advanced Apprenticeship at Weymouth College

Course description

1 year programme with regular workshops at college. Apprenticeships are designed by employers for employers and are tailored to meet the needs of each specific sector. An apprenticeship will allow you to get qualified, get paid and get a career all in one go! This Apprenticeship gives you the skills that can be applied to various job roles across many different sectors of employment. Good customer service is key to the success of any business or organisation. Your duties may consist of dealing with customers in a positive and reliable manner whether this be offering advice, dealing with complaints or answering questions.

Course content

- NVQ Diploma in Customer Service Level 3
- Certificate in Customer Service Level 3
- Functional Skill maths and English Level 2
- Employer rights and responsibilities.

Entry requirements

Interview with the Work-Based Learning Support Officer and a placement in a Customer Service Environment.

Assessment

Assessed in the workplace by Work Based-Learning Support Officer for Customer Service.
