Food Safety Supervising in Catering Level 3 at Acacia Training

Course description

This Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance(HABC) Level 3 qualification has been developed to benefit anyone working in a supervisory position where food is prepared, cooked and served. It is relevant to all catering operations - for example pubs, hotels, restaurants, travel, contract catering, fast-food outlets, hospitals care and nursing homes, schools, prisons and the armed forces.

Who Should Apply:

Supervisory staff who have the overall responsibility for the safe production of food in their organisation. Candidates working for the Level 3 qualification are likely to have some catering experience and be in a job role that involves working unsupervised. It is strongly advised that learners already hold the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
