Advanced Apprenticeship in Accounting (Level 3) at Buckinghamshire UTC

Course description

This qualification is accredited by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) who are the recognised professional body for staff employed in a range of roles in finance and accounting and members of the AAT are fully qualified accounting technicians.

What Will I Learn

The Diploma develops skills in areas such as the preparation of final accounts from the trial balance, the preparation of accounts from incomplete records and indirect tax and costing. You will also gain an IT qualification.

Entry requirements

Direct entry onto the Level 3 requires either a Level 2 AAT or Level 2 Book-keeping qualification together with a minimum of 4 GCSE passes at grade C or above, including English and Mathematics as well as working in the industry.
