The study programme will also develop personal, social and employability skills, which includes opportunities to work on community projects and to explore the various career pathways within the automotive industry.

All students who have not achieved a grade C or grade 4, or above in GCSE English or maths or both will need to study an English or/and maths qualification alongside their chosen main qualification.

You will study both the theory and practical aspects of the subject through completion of specialist units, including Preparing Metal and Pre–Painted Surfaces, Working with Plastic Materials and Components and Applying Topcoats and Completing Refinishing Operations.
