Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 – Diploma in Contact CentreOperations (NVQ) at Intec Business College

Course description

To achieve the Level 3 Diploma the candidate will need to complete units to gain
a minimum of 42 credits. The credit total is made up from:
• 6 credits must be completed from mandatory units from Group A
• A minimum of 21 credits from Group B
• 15 credits from Group B or C
• Technical Certificate – Level 3 Certificate in Contact Centre Operations
Plus Functional Skills Mathematics Level 2 and English Level 2
