History AS/A Level at Bow School

Course description

History is an endlessly fascinating subject with infinite possibilities and perspectives. You’ll reach into the past, delving into the conspiracies and stories that have shaped our present. You’ll learn the truth behind historical events and people, discover what influenced and inspired the iconic names of the past and learn the effects they have had on the world in which we now live.

This course is a natural progression from GCSE and is excellent preparation for further study in a range of Humanities subjects at degree level, including Law, Politics, History and Sociology.
