This qualification provides the knowledge, understanding and skills for learners wishing to enter a career as an IT practitioner or Technician in the areas of Business Systems, User Support, Networking and Software development. It also provides progression to higher education on a full time degree course or vocational qualification such as BTEC Higher National Diploma.

Entry requirements

5 GCSEs at Grade A* - C including English Language and Maths and a Level 2 ICT qualification at Grade A* - C.
