Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 3 at Bath College

Course description

This course is for ideal for those already working in a customer-focussed role delivering and managing services or accountable in an area of practice. It is also a good progression for people who have completed a Level 2 Apprenticeship in this field. It suits those people who want to be able to influence what happens in work and make use of an organisations rules and practices to deliver excellent service. If you enjoy questioning the way things are done and making improvements, have good communication skills and a broad knowledge of your sector then this may suit you.

Entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements for this course although GCSE’s at grades A-C in English and maths may be an advantage.

Assessment

Assessment of the NVQ element is carried out in the workplace and the assessor will help you to identify any gaps through exercises and activities set between assessment visits.

Functional skills and the technical certificate will be taught and assessed in college for one day per week with a class and tutor and will finish with a series of exams.

Future opportunities

The qualification allows a candidate to progress to either the workplace as detailed above or onto specialised qualifications at the same, or higher level.
