Catering and Hospitality - Apprenticeship Level 3 at KYP Training Services

Course description

Understanding the service environment, understanding  customers and customer retention, problem solving, managing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Comprising:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality and Catering
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English at Level 2(unless you already have GCSE A*-C)
  • Employer Rights and Responsibilities

Course content

How will I learn?

Off- the- Job – this involves working with your assessor, completing assignments or activities and collecting work evidence. These will enable you to fit your learning activities into a set of standards which have been designed by the industry.

On-the-Job – this means spending at least 4 days a week with your employer learning how to do the job with support and direction from your employer.

Senior roles e.g. Supervisor / Team Leader / Management roles or further Management qualifications.
