Hospitality Supervisory Skills VRQ Level 3 Diploma at Tresham College of Further and Higher Education
This course is focused on hospitality supervision. You will develop practical and managerial skills as well as covering topics such as managing resources, dealing with customers and managing staff. You will have the opportunity to gain other qualifications such as food hygiene and safety.
Skills are assessed during practical sessions through a series of observations and a portfolio of evidence with knowledge questions and a detailed journal.
You will be required to buy a black suit, stationery and text book approx. cost £80.
This course will prepare you for employment as a supervisor within your chosen field locally, nationally or internationally. It will also qualify you for higher education programmes in event or catering management.
Entry is subject to a successful interview and a positive tutor reference. You will need to be able to attend flexible hours on a rota basis.
