Course description

If your dream is to become a top artist or graphic designer then this is the place to start. You will learn and practice all the skills you need to be successful in your career. Whether this is to develop your work as an independent artist, progress to the next level or work in the Arts Industry. The opportunities are as broad as your imagination.

Course content

This full time course is taught over 3 days per week for 1 year which includes Maths, English and ICT. This course is designed to provide a broad based introduction to Art & Design. It allows progression onto the National Diploma to further develop your skills and prepare you for a career in Art & Design.

What can I do when I finish?

If you gain suitable grades you may progress to the Level 3 Diploma in Art & Design course.

A basic range of artist equipment to include pencils (2B, 4B, 6B), paintbrushes etc.
