Customer Service Apprenticeship Level 3 at VQ Solutions Ltd

Course description

The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service is the competence element of the course. You will be required to build a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates you meet the criteria of the qualification. To achieve this you will collect examples of the work that you do on a day to day basis and working with your assessor build the online portfolio. Your assessor will also observe you doing your job and have some recorded professional discussions with you. The Level 3 Certificate in Customer Service is the knowledge element of the apprenticeship – the learning. You don’t need to spend days or weeks in college for this. Instead, we provide a number of online learning resources, hold study sessions and our tutors hold regular tutorials either online or in our training centre. These are designed for the tutors to work with you through this qualification providing guidance, mentoring and additional knowledge where required.
