Customer Service Apprenticeship at A4E
Apprentices learn on the job, building up knowledge and skills, gaining qualifications (NVQs) and earning money. You also spend time studing 'off the job' at your training provider getting vocational qualifications. All the things you study will be useful in your job and help you suceed in your future career. The Framework of training will consist of: N.V.Q. Level Two, Technical Certificate, Key Skills Communication & Application of Number, Employment Rights & Responsibilities. Apprentices who have gained GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English will not be required to take Key Skills Application of Number & Communication. Progression onto Advanced Apprenticeship is an option after succesful completion of Foundation Apprenticeship.
A good level of GCSE results, Apprentices not gaining grade C or above in Maths and English wil be required to take Key Skills Application of Number and Communication.
