BTEC Level 2 in Employability Skills at William De Ferrers School

Course description

The new BTEC Award and Certificate in Employability skills will help learners gain the skills they need to stand out from their peers to secure and sustain employability in today's competitive job market. Learners not only develop skills they can demonstrate in an interview, they can also gain a qualification they can show as evidence of their learning.

By taking these qualifications, learners benefit from being supported by teachers who have trained on the Employability Inititiative course and have hands-on knowledge of exactly the kind of skills, attitudes and behaviour that employers are looking for.

The BTEC Level 2 Award in Employability skills qualification comprises nine credits from the BTEC Work Skills suite at Level 2.
