Customer Service - Apprenticeship Level 2 at KAE Training for Work

Course description

Who can apply? * Young people in employment between the ages of 16-24 who want to improve their career prospects and gain a Customer Service Apprenticeship framework. Candidates must be competent at Level 1 and undertaking work at Level 2 (generally carrying out procedures developed or requested by others and referring to a supervisor or line manager) * Programme duration approximately 13 months. Minimum employment of 30 hours per week. Includes attendance at centre for workshops/training support and examinations as needed. What training will I receive? Work based training with employer, centre based training in the form of workshops to cover underpinning knowledge, vocational skills including IT, numeracy and literacy. How will I be assessed? NVQ Assessor visits to the workplace monthly for assessment of skills and guidance through Apprenticeship framework. What qualifications could I achieve? Customer ServiceApprenticeship framework: Customer Service NVQ Level 2, Customer Service Technical Certificate Level 2, associated Functional Skills - English and Maths at Level 1, Employee rights and responsibilities, Personal Learning & Thinking Skills.
