Future opportunities

BTEC Diplomas are highly valued by employers and students who complete this course have many different progression routes available. You could progress to employment or an apprenticeship in careers involving finance, human resources, management or marketing.

The Extended Diploma is also a recognised route onto the HNC/HND business courses available at Boston College. Alternatively learners from previous cohorts have progressed directly to university to undertake degrees in such subjects as business, marketing and international business.

Some of our students have progressed from a Level 1 programme all the way to a Level 3 and then onto university which is a fantastic achievement for those involved.
