Chemistry at Ysgol Gyfun Dyffryn Teifi

Course description

Chemistry is concerned with the study of materials, how they react, and how the materials can be put to use. Practical work and the theories that arise from experimentation are integral to this study. The aim of the ‘A’ level course is to promote students’ interest, knowledge, skills and understanding of Chemistry and to reflect the significant role played by chemists in the development of a modern 21st century society.
