DRAMA AND THEATRE STUDIES at The Weald School

Course description

You may be planning a career in performing arts, or you might want to have a ‘creative’ subject among your A Levels. This exciting, practical course offers you opportunities to act, direct, design and research a range of different plays and theatre styles, and to see some amazing live theatre. Most lessons arepractical workshops in which you develop your skills as an individual, whilst working as part of a lively and supportive group.

Entry requirements

Performance skills.

GCSE Drama grade C (Students who did not take GCSE Drama should have English grade C)

A genuine enthusiasm for and interest in Theatre.

Ability to work as part of a group.

Willing to take part in theatre trips.
