Hospitality and Catering - Full Time - Level 2 at Barnfield College
Builds upon Level 1 and enables students to enhance their skills in the kitchen.
This includes working with a range of products including meat, fish, shell fish and vegetables
- A minimum of 4 x GCSEs at Grade D or above
- A pass at BTEC Level 1, NVQ Level 1 or VRQ Level 1
English and Maths requirements:
- Minimum of Level 1 English and able to work towards Level 1 Maths
Uniform and knife kit essential
Continued education such as Level 3 or entry onto the Patisserie and Confectionery Level 3 course, or a career in the industry at top regional, London and national establishments.
