Level 3 Certificate/ Subsidiary Diploma in Public and Uniformed Services at Andover College

Course description

This course, in combination with AS/A2 levels on other disciplines, seeks to support learners who are intending to progress onto Higher Education or support them in applying for their chosen the Public Service.

The skills and discipline that are learnt on the public service course are also transferable to the private sector. Students will benefit from extremely motivated and experienced staff. Some have served in public services and can provide first-hand accounts of what life may be like. You will also have the opportunity to use fantastic sporting equipment and have expert instruction for the outdoor and adventurous activities units.

An aptitude for developing leadership skills and team work is essential. Students need to be punctual, well organized and have self-discipline and motivation to succeed in not only education but all aspects of their life. Successful students will ensure they meet deadlines and are driven by achieving realistic goals

Entry requirements

Five GCSEs at Grades A - C~ or Level 2 BTEC Diploma~ or equivalent. Interview Required: Yes
