BTEC ITQ User Intermediate Apprenticeship at Rewards Training

Course description

This Apprenticeship scheme has been developed to support individuals and businesses to improve skills and contribute to both personal development and business efficiency. This apprenticeship programme is designed for new entrants to roles in which they will be working with IT systems and software.

Course content

This Apprenticeship consists of 5 component parts, all of which will be completed working together with a team of dedicated tutors and online resources.

✓ Diploma in IT User Skills Level 2

✓ Functional Skills qualification in Maths (Level 1)

✓ Functional Skills qualification in English (Level 1)

✓ Functional Skills qualification in ICT (Level 2)

✓ Employment Rights and Responsibilities

Entry requirements

Who should take this course? Anyone who wishes to gain a wide range of knowledge for IT systems and wants to gain a qualification for use in a future role in IT will benefit from this qualification. Available at Level 2, the framework is suitable for those whose main job role is to use IT applications in support of colleagues or customers in any sector or industry.

This can include: ✓ Providing support and assistance to colleagues to make effective use of available IT systems and software ✓ Developing, testing and implementing solutions to improve workplace productivity through the use of IT

Future opportunities

Those that have finished the Intermediate Apprenticeship may be able to progress to an higher level of programme including an Advanced Apprenticeship.
